How It Works
- Integrates esterification (acid neutralization) and transesterification (oil-to-ester conversion) in one reactor.
- Operates at 75–85°C under normal pressure.
- Converts high free fatty acid (FFA) feedstocks such as used cooking oil, palm acid oil, fish oil, and even plant asphalt into premium biodiesel.
